We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking “Logistics Coordinator” to be part of our successful team in our Supply Chain Team.
This is a full-time role as a Logistics Coordinator located in Kallithea, Greece.
You have a challenging mission for:
serving as the indispensable operational backbone of our logistics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing delivery efficiency, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support our dynamic telecommunications landscape.
What you will do:
Handle and monitor Sales Orders.
Communicate effectively with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners.
Ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels.
Track and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to logistics performance.
Verify and reconcile monthly 3PL invoicing.
Produce essential reports such as Stock Ageing and ABC analysis.
Participate in physical inventories.
Contribute to the optimization of Logistics processes and new projects.
Monitor 3PL performance and resolve any issues to ensure smooth operations.
Provide excellent customer service in relation to logistics matters.
Ensure the smooth running of Logistics and Warehouse operations.

Solid knowledge of logistics and warehouse management principles.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in SAP.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others as a team player.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in Logistics and Warehouse operations management.
Demand Planning experience will be considered an advantage.
