We are hiring an experienced SAP Warehouse / Logistics Functional Consultant to support and optimize SAP ECC-based warehouse and logistics operations. This role combines hands-on production support with process assessment, working closely with business users to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for SAP ECC warehouse/logistics processes (inventory movements, goods issue/receipt, warehouse execution)
- Work closely with warehouse users and super users to observe day-to-day operations
- Identify manual processes, bottlenecks, delays, and rework loops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM / P2P / FI) to resolve process gaps
- Translate observations into clear documentation and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to assessment reports and improvement roadmap (Phase 1 deliverables)
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of SAP ECC Logistics experience (MM-IM / WM / LE)
- Strong production support & troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience working in operational/warehouse environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication & documentation skills
- Ability to quickly understand current processes and suggest improvements
➕ Nice to Have:
- Experience in aerospace / MRO / regulated manufacturing environments
- Exposure to stabilization or hypercare phases
📌 Additional Info:
- Hybrid working model: 3 days onsite in Cardiff
- Candidates must have valid UK work authorization (UK Nationals / ILR / Dependents)
