About the Role
Modular Transportation is seeking a motivated Logistics Broker to join our stable, family-owned flatbed trucking company. In this role, you will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, solve complex logistics issues, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Complete a 60-Day Paid Training Program: Learn our TMS platforms, master daily operations, and develop negotiation skills through guided carrier and customer outreach.
- Build Your Load Board: Use your training to help cover company freight. Secure carriers for time-sensitive freight, prospect new customers, and manage daily operations.
- Manage Relationship Cycles: Establish long-term partnerships with new carriers and clients while resolving transit issues to ensure on-time delivery.
