HC Biologics is looking for an entry-level Logistics & Inventory Assistant to support our Logistics and Order Fulfillment teams at our Miami office.
This is a hands-on position designed for someone who is organized, dependable, flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in developing experience in logistics, inventory management, and medical-product operations.

HC Biologics is a manufacturer and distributor of biologics and medical solutions focused on spinal, orthopedic, and related surgical specialties. We work with established U.S. tissue banks and manufacturing partners to serve customers in the United States and international markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, packing, documentation, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.
- Monitor products entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against purchase orders and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Regularly update inventory, order, shipment, lot, and product information in Odoo.
- Verify quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product information before shipment.
- Assist with domestic and international shipping arrangements.
- Track shipments and follow up on delays or delivery issues.
- Coordinate closely with Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Purchasing, and Sales.
- Help identify inventory shortages and discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized and properly documented warehouse.
- Assist with logistics documentation, customs paperwork, and other operational requirements.
- Support the team with additional logistics and operational responsibilities as needed.

This is an entry-level role, so extensive logistics experience is not required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, purchasing, or administration is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
- Experience in medical devices, biologics, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
- College degree is preferred but not required.

This is not a remote or hybrid position.
The selected candidate must work from our Miami office:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Candidates should currently reside in South Florida and be able to reliably commute to our Miami office.
