Responsibilities
Manually fill beauty products into containers (e.g., jars, bottles, tubes, or compacts) using tools like funnels.
Ensure accurate measurement of product quantities (e.g., by weight or volume) to maintain consistency.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, deliver)
Receive and process storeroom stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Collect and send invoices to appropriate outlets
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Responsible for organization of property maintenance
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement
Ensure quality control of goods coming in and going out of the storeroom
Maintain stable temperature conditions within the store especially where drugs and chemicals are concerned

Strong organizational skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Min 1 year relevant experience
