Job Description
Did you know that Techo-Bloc has its own private transport fleet?
This is your chance to work in a unique environment, wearing the hat of both carrier and shipper! Here’s an overview of your tasks:
Ensure smooth communication with suppliers to guarantee efficient logistics operations;
Respond to internal transport requests (price, delivery, availability);
Actively contribute to the optimization of logistics processes to improve performance and profitability;
Develop, analyze and update key performance indicators (KPIs) to help operational teams refine their strategies and stimulate positive trends;
Participate as a key player in continuous improvement projects by proposing innovative solutions;
Perform any other tasks to support and improve operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience;
Pertinent studies in the field of transport and logistics (an asset) ;
Excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and attention to detail;
Excellent bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written (English is required to service our customers in the U.S.);
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation (an asset);
Knowledge of Rose Rocket (an asset);
Knowledge of Motive (an asset);
Good knowledge of Excel required;
Ability to manage several files simultaneously.
