This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the heart of our operations.

What You’ll Do

– Oversee global logistics and shipping for raw materials and chemical products, ensuring compliance with international regulations (including hazardous goods when applicable)

– Own and maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations

– Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to coordinate international shipments

– Monitor and improve supply chain performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and reducing lead times

– Develop and maintain SOPs for shipping, warehousing, and material handling

– Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and finance teams to forecast demand and align supply

– Troubleshoot issues in real-time—delays, damages, customs holdups—and proactively prevent future disruptions

– Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, shipping cost per unit, and inventory turnover

What We’re Looking For

– 6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, ideally with global shipping and 3PL oversight

– Experience handling chemical shipments or familiarity with hazmat regulations (e.g., IATA, IMDG, DOT) strongly preferred

– Strong understanding of international shipping, customs clearance, and freight logistics

– Experience managing 3PL partners and warehouse operations

– Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation practices

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

– Proficient in inventory management systems, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or shipping software is a plus

– Strong communication and vendor management skills

Why Join Us

– Own a critical function that keeps our global supply chain moving

– Join a fast-growing team and help shape the operational backbone of the business

– Work closely with leadership on logistics strategy and improvements

– Competitive salary, equity, and benefits

– 401K plan
