Key Responsibilities

  • Operation data collection and workflow improvement: Collect operation related data such as order, inventory, retail order, transportation, claims efficiency. Set up and improve standard workflow to maintain daily business running.
  • Data analysis and Reports: using data collected to provide improvement reports and suggestions. Upload report/data as requested to HQ or leadership.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order lead time, inventory turnover, sales target achievement rate, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and After-Sales teams to align order and inventory strategy with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • CRM system report and daily report updates.
  • Daily operation data collection such as inventory, order, retail order, dealer inventory, leads.
  • Monitor dealer order and purchase order(vehicle) status, dealer order fill rate, inventory turnover rate, quota, or other index that leadership required.
  • Set up data analysis report, provide operation suggestions based on the analysis.
  • Set up or improve SOP to increase efficiency.
  • Manage operation documents.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, MIS(Management Information Systems) or related fields
  • Statistics certification preferred.
  • Sales background preferred.
  • Willing to business travel preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of operation analyst or operation management experience.
  • Experience in foreign trade is a plus
  • Minimum 2- 3 years in the automotive industry or related.

Skills

  • Data analysis skills required.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and logical mindset.
  • Strong analytical and efficient-control capabilities
  • Bilingual: Solid English and Spanish language.
  • Solid understanding of sales target breakdown, operation management and skills to achieve goals set up.
  • Excel at MS office, especially power point. Good at info summarization and presentation.
