Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Manage high-volume daily operations using routing, order management, and logistics platforms.
- Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact via email and chat tools to coordinate effectively with team members and third-party partners.
- Data & Reporting: Utilize Excel to track metrics, manage documentation, and ensure data accuracy with sharp attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational bottlenecks and delivery issues in a fast-paced environment.
Join a collaborative and fast-paced team with a flexible dress code and a dynamic work environment. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or full-time conversion, based in the Atlanta area. The role follows a hybrid schedule, allowing a mix of remote and on-site work.

Required Skills
- 2–4+ years in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a similar field
- Hands-on experience in delivery/logistics operations and routing
- Proficiency with routing, order management, and delivery systems.
- Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level – VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables
- Proven ability to manage and execute high-volume operational workflows.
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve real-time logistics and routing challenges.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Bachelor’s degree
