Required: Strong logistics background and industry experience in similar logistics roles
As a Logistics Analyst, you are responsible for managing our third-party logistics provider (3PL). You will ensure that the 3PL delivers to requirements in a cost-effective manner.
To be successful in this role, you must be:
Essential Functions:
Possess an in-depth understanding of international truck and air logistics networks for high-value goods
Manage day-to-day carrier and warehouse performance levels – on-time shipping execution and order accuracy
Develop logistics processes for new products/offerings to meet new requirements and minimize cost and complexity
Drive process improvements with third-party logistics providers
Monitor 3PL performance, including responsiveness to inquiries from Order Management, Order Fulfilment, and Logistics
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience within Logistics, preferably in managing Logistics Service Providers
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong data analysis and Excel skills
Ability to respond to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, work well with others, and multitask
