We are seeking a junior and talented Logistics Analyst to support our team in Rome. The resource will support the management of the logistics operations for the Marketing Unit, covering day-to-day operations regarding the coordination for stock and activities within the Logistics network. The Logistic Analyst Operates as a key stakeholder in the Southern Europe Cluster Logistics Team with input into the multi and within year strategic development and implementation.
Activities & Responsibilities
The candidate will be in charge of:
Achievement of Performance KPI’s, e.g. cost, service, delivery performance, safety
Delivery of specified annual savings and performance goals (safety, overall logistics costs, OTIF, transportation, carrier and warehouse performance, key customs KPIs)
Consolidation of depots and suppliers
Build and maintain effective supplier relationships
Implementation of process standardisation across the Cluster team
Project, change and operational activity is completed in a consistent and coordinated way
Adoption of a common set of performance measures and reporting
Qualifications
We need someone who is a change professional, able to motivate and inspire people to deliver against

strong communication skills
, with an ability to express ideas, plans and priorities in a concise manner at all levels. They must take a common-sense and pro-active approach and have a desire for

What you will need:
Experience in a logistics role and management of complex 3rd party logistics providers.
Evidence of developing & implementing strategic change
Proven skills that drive organisational and KPI based results.
Experience of
leading multi-site, multi-function teams
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation
High proficiency in both Spanish and English
