Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled Partnership Management Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and maintaining relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners across multiple cities. Your efforts will drive operational excellence, enhance rider recruitment and engagement, and support the achievement of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and expand a network of 3PL partners and riders based on delivery demand in each city.
Operational Excellence: Enhance the operational capabilities of partners through effective support and clear communication, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with 3PL partners nationwide to ensure mutual growth and success.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure 100% compliance with company standards by 3PL partners and their riders.
Goal Achievement: Oversee rider recruitment, operational management, and user experience goals within assigned regions.
Performance Management: Manage the exit process for partners who fail to meet required standards.
Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in rider growth and partner management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong partner relationships.
Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation skills coupled with a results-oriented mindset to address challenges effectively.
Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the rider and 3PL market trends, as well as industry best practices.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English are essential.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience in food delivery partner management or working within large-scale logistics/express delivery companies is highly advantageous.
