ASUS is looking for a detail-oriented Logistic Staff to support import and export operations. This role is responsible for managing shipping documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth and timely overseas shipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes, particularly for overseas shipments to Indonesia.
- Review and verify shipping and customs documents (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, PIB) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate daily with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other third-party logistics partners throughout the shipment process.
- Arrange and follow up on inspection processes (e.g., Verification Order/VO and related inspection requirements) and maintain proper inspection documentation.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve documentation or logistics issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure all import/export documentation complies with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and maintain shipment records, logistics documentation, and supporting files for internal reference and audits.
- Generate weekly and monthly logistics reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in import/export (Exim), logistics, or supply chain operations, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end overseas shipments.
- Strong understanding of shipping and customs documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, and PIB, with experience coordinating with freight forwarders and customs authorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for logistics reporting and data management.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills, able to manage multiple shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.
