PERSOL APAC is currently assisting one of our clients in the footwear industry in finding a qualified candidate for the position of Omnichannel Senior Manager with the following qualifications and responsibilities:
Working Location: South Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle, check, and confirm shipping documents for customs clearance processes.
• Coordinate and manage customs clearance activities until products are successfully delivered to customers’ warehouses.
• Arrange and monitor transportation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Check and confirm shipping schedules with suppliers and related parties.
• Coordinate closely with logistics providers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to shipment and delivery activities.
• Support after-sales operational activities and ensure customer satisfaction through timely coordination and issue handling.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (University graduate or higher).
• Experience working in a Freight Forwarding company, Logistics company, or Japanese Trading company is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, logistics coordination, and transportation handling.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP system would be an advantage.
• Able to communicate in both Indonesian and English at business level.
• Japanese language ability is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary range: Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 7,000,000 NET/month (depending on skills and experience).
