Major Responsibility:
Responsible for HMA/HMDG international shipping operation. Working together with internal and external teams to ensure shipment out and delivery to customer timely through closely following up, coordinating and communicating with cross function teams. Shipping planning preparation based on LPR process or F2F shipping request from buyer team including appropriate shipping model to be used and communication with consignee/receiver to ensure shipping plan is confirmed and implemented including related requirements from consignee/receiver are clearly identified and confirmed. Following the latest version of Incoterms 2020, Identifying risk, requirement and managing logistics flow to ensure logistics process for MK business safety and health without compliance issue. Responsible for PO receiving and CO shipping transaction in HMA/HMJP/HMK/HMAU SL system in timely manner as well as required shipping documentation provided to the parties who are concerned based on request of shipment models. Responsible for whole shipping process with forwarders for big volume order when needed. Following shipping status and keep relevant parties update about shipping status. Maintaining and filing shipment documents and records that will be used for logistics analysis and tracking and traceability. Responsible for logistics service contract with forwarder and carrier by closely communicating with MillerKnoll global logistics team to review and obtain better service rate from forwarder and carrier and insurance claim with forwarder and carrier as well as service billing checking, confirmation. Based on request from business team, support with logistics solution and better routing and quotation to achieve cost and transit time efficiency to support HMA business growth in Asian region. Working together with MillerKnoll logistics team globally to align logistics process to enhance compliance in logistics flow as well as insurance policy. Support SOX audit in logistics when requested by finance.
Job requirements:
College degree or above. More than 2 years of work experience in logistics related fields, with priority given to logistics work experience in foreign-funded enterprises. Familiar with export transportation processes, proficient in international trade and letter of credit presentation knowledge and procedures. Proficient in computer operation (including EXCEL, WORD and other office software) and proficient in ERP system operation. Proficient in English reading and writing, preferably with oral communication skills. Take work seriously and responsibly, obey the work arrangements of the company and superiors.
