Job Responsibilities
– Plan Road transportation for imported goods dedicated to Amazon and other warehouses in EU;
– Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues whenever occurred;
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely updates on shipment status, potential delays, and changes in delivery schedules;
– Be familiar with different types of clearance type and assist with the clearance process;
– Utilize logistics software systems and tools to streamline processes, analyse data, and optimize operation;
– Maintain data in our system and handle related administration tasks.
Job Requirements
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Chinese;
– Relevant experience in logistics industry, preferably in E-commerce;
– Good teamwork spirit and details oriented;
– Proactive working attitude is necessary;
– Knowledge of import/export regulations would be a plus point.
