Job Descriptions:
Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching and support team member.
Ensure that the shift work have no issue from Operation / all booking will be fulfilled and all client question about Operation will be answered.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance and evaluations.
Resolve complex customer issues, escalations, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Coordinate and prioritize team activities to meet customer requirements and service level agreements.
Allocate resources effectively, balance workloads, and ensure efficient workflow management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
Monitor and assess the team’s performance in delivering logistics services, including order processing, transportation coordination, and shipment tracking.
Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, including KPIs, operational metrics, and customer feedback.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, areas for improvement, support manager to make decision and modify SOP when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and Above.
Min. 7 years hand-on experiences in a leadership role in the logistics, import & export, freight forwarder, supply chain or related fields.
Preferably in a service-oriented or Worked in third-party logistics (3PL) environment.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, processes, and best practices are MUST.
Have containner business experiences is plus.
Fair – Excellent command in all English communication skills are MUST.
Excellent leadership and execution skill, strong organizational and time management skill with the ability to motivate and develop team members is MUST.
Strong problem solving skill and able to do coaching the team member and solve the problem on behalf of your team in case there’s any issue happened is MUST.
Have container loading / 4 wheels or 6 wheels experiences is plus.
Have truck vendors sourcing and transportation management experiences are plus.
Have computer skill (MS Office such as Word or Excel) If familiar with google sheets is plus.
Willingness to learn and high adaptability to new technology and ideas.
Well organized and strong in working under pressure is MUST.
Service mind, good attitudes and patient for client and suppliers.
