Job Responsibilities
- To oversee the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, and delivery.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage the end-to-end movement of goods, including monitoring inventories and coordinating with warehouse staff and transporters.
- Vendor & Carrier Management: Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
- Process Optimization: Analyze logistical data to identify bottlenecks, reduce shipping lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all shipments comply with local and international customs regulations, hazardous material laws, and safety protocols.
- Budgeting: Manage the logistics budget, ensuring that transportation and storage costs stay within forecasted limits.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, and drivers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor in any related field with 5 years and above experience in Warehouse and Logistic management.
- Excellent in problem solving skill with logical approach & negotiation ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Quality oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
