Based in Kapsida Industrial Zone, (Plovdiv – Asenovgrad) Spinner Bulgaria Ltd. is a member of the worldwide known SPINNER-Group, producing more than 1.000 high precision CNC machining centers, CNC lathes and automation solutions per year in our factories in Germany, Turkey, and Bulgaria with employed over 600 qualified and motivated professionals.
We are looking for Logistic, Import/ Export Specialist
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Manage import and export operations, including international purchasing, while coordinating with domestic and international suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations and customs requirements.
Prepare and process import documentation in coordination with overseas suppliers.
Prepare export documentation and coordinate shipments with customers, customs authorities, and freight forwarders.
Prepares, submits, and manages applications for export licenses and permits.
Organize and monitor domestic and international transportation by road, sea, and air.
Arrange courier shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, and other express carriers.
Track shipments, coordinate customs clearance, and ensure timely delivery to the final destination.
Work closely with the Production, Assembly, Supply Chain, and Purchasing teams to ensure efficient material flow and on-time deliveries.
Maintain accurate shipping records and support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
You’re a Great Fit If You
University degree in Industrial Management, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or international trade.
Experience Working With SAP S/4HANA Or Another SAP System.
Very good command of Turkish (spoken and written).
Excellent command of English.
Good knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
