Who Are We Looking For?
Graduate of BS in Business Administration or Information Technology (IT)
Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management role
Knowledgeable in updating manuals, preparation of process flows and memos.
Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Other Responsibilities:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates current systems and procedures, and recommends enhancements for a more efficient workflow.
Develops functional standards to effectively monitor and evaluate the department’s performance.
Reviews executive orders pertaining to materials management, evaluates departmental policies, formulates policy statements, submits recommendations, secures approval, and updates the department’s policy manual.
Actively participates in monitoring the actual performance of the automated inventory control system otherwise known as ORACLE System.
Conceptualizes and develops programs geared towards work simplification.
Consolidates the purchase budget reports submitted by all materials management units and prepares the cash flow projection for the company’s material purchases.
Analyzes, evaluates and consolidates other departmental reports, as may be required.
