As a Dedicated Driver based out of Arcadia, Florida, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods within the supply chain. This is a night-shift role that offers home time daily, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work closely with one of the largest retailers in the world.

Location & Hiring Area: Based in Arcadia, FL. Drivers must live within 25 miles of ZIP code 33982.
Position Status: Open for hiring
Shift: Night shift with work scheduled Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday.
Home Time: Daily home time.
Regions Covered: Primarily Florida (East Region).
Pay & Compensation:
Base Weekly Earnings: $1,300 on average.
Pay Rate per Mile: $0.43 to $0.51, depending on experience and performance.
Bonuses:
Eligible for the Driver Performance Bonus.
$30 for loads under 90 miles.
$15 per stop (Stop Pay).
Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,200 miles.
Job Requirements:
Experience Level: Open to trainees (First Seat Drivers with experience).
Endorsements/Certificates: None required.
Equipment Handling: Live Unloading (no specialized equipment).
Special Work Conditions:
Weekend Work: Required.
Holiday Work Expectations: Based on shipping schedules, drivers are expected to work holidays.
Unfavorable Information: Drivers may need to use a slip-seat system.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a CDL A truck to transport goods locally, ensuring timely deliveries.
Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary.
Maintain accurate delivery records and adhere to all safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Handle various types of trailers, including refrigerated and flatbed, as required.

Pay: $1,299.00 – $1,300.00 per week
