Job Description
We are hiring a CDL-A Flatbed Driver based out of Kernersville, NC. Drivers will run primarily throughout North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina, with local work in the Kernersville area. Drivers can expect to maximize their available hours while working 8-12 hour days.
Freight varies, but the majority consists of pipe, lumber, and machinery, with oversized loads occasionally. Drivers will be responsible for properly securing freight using straps, chains, and binders, as well as tarping when required.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- Flatbed experience preferred
- Ability to safely secure loads with straps, chains, and binders
- Comfortable with tarping and occasional oversized loads
- Safe driving record
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with morning start times
