Job Overview
Prows Freight Carriers LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader / Unloader to join our operations team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading freight, organizing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse and transportation activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. No previous warehouse experience is required paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight, packages, and shipments safely and efficiently
- Move products and materials using proper handling techniques
- Sort, organize, and stage freight for deliveries and pickups
- Verify shipment quantities and check items for accuracy
- Assist with preparing orders for transportation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Support team members with daily shipping and receiving tasks
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, move, and handle packages of various sizes and weights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and a positive work attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new processes and procedures
- Previous warehouse, freight, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
