Job Requirements
Qualified candidates should posses the following:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work load.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Comfortable with computers and standard Microsoft Office applications (experience with Mcleod software is a plus)
– Strong negotiation skills required; ability to negotiate freight rates and develop relationships with brokers
– Good problem solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Strong work ethic, fast learner with good attention to detail and accuracy.
– Great phone presence and effective interpersonal communication skills.
