* Job Responsibilities:
*** Safely marshal, park, and position aircraft on the ramp
* Greet passengers and flight crews with a professional, service-forward attitude
* Manage, handle, and dispense aviation fuels in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
* Conduct fuel quality control checks and accurately complete required fueling documentation
* Tow and secure aircraft; move aircraft in and out of hangars as needed
* Perform ground support activities, including chocking, tie-downs, GPU support, and lav service coordination (as applicable)
* Operate and oversee the daily operational readiness of fuel trucks and ground support equipment
* Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness, including the lobby, the hangar, and the surrounding areas
* Operate the fuel desk phone, facilitate fuel orders, and book rental vehicles
* Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned to support daily FBO operations

* Qualifications:
*** Minimum age of 18 years old
* Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
* Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to regulatory compliance
* Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks safely and consistently
* Basic computer and math skills (assist with CSR desk tasks)
* Basic Mechanical aptitude related to fuel truck operations and ground equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required
