Frontier North America Inc., is a subsidiary of Frontier Supply Chain Solutions USA, Inc., and is one of Seattle’s fastest growing Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders.
We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to complete tasks of as well as oversee a branch with import, export, compliance, and logistics tasks. You will be versed in all Customs regulations and practices, Importer Security Filings (ISFs), AES for exports, Compliance and audit, and other general office duties. As the Licensed Customs Broker you will be the leader in the above to work independently with assigned clients, as well as provide guidance, training, and support to all junior personnel, and handle all escalated customs and compliance matters and project including annual or renewal audit processes.

- Willingness and ability to follow appropriate SOP’s and other procedures.
- Professional communication skills including exceptional phone etiquette.
- Excellent computer skills using program such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate via platforms such as Skype or Teams.
- Ability to adapt and problem solve.
- Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail.
- Experience in Magaya is an asset.
- Working and practical knowledge of Import and Customs Clearance processes to support the branch operations.
- Working and practical knowledge of TSA and STA are an asset.
