We are looking for motivated Lease Drivers ready to take their career to the next level. We offer a straightforward lease program, quality equipment, and consistent freight so you can focus on driving and earning.
*************GROSS REVENUE: $8,000–$16,000 PER WEEK*************************

****DRIVER REQUIREMENTS********
- Minimum 10 months of verifiable CDL driving experience
- OTR experience preferred
- 18% Dispatch Fee
- $0.15 per mile Maintenance Fee
- $950 Weekly Truck Rent
- Fuel Card
- 24/7 Dispatch Support
- $500 Bonuses Available
- OTR Bonus after 2 months

QUALITY EQUIPMENT
- Trucks are like new and well maintained
- Low mileage: approximately 250,000–350,000 miles

MOSTLY HOOK & DROP
The majority of our loads are Drop & Hook, allowing drivers to spend less time waiting at facilities and more time keeping the truck moving.
OTR & HOME TIME
- Minimum 4 weeks OTR is required
- After each OTR period, drivers receive 3–4 days of home time
- This position is designed for drivers who are comfortable with the OTR lifestyle and committed to staying on the road

We always have freight available and work with strong broker relationships to keep our trucks moving. We don’t want to waste your time, and we don’t want our drivers sitting around waiting for loads.
We understand the commitment that comes with this position, and we are upfront about it:
4 weeks OTR → 3–4 days home time
