This significant leadership role reports to the Vice President of Flight Operations. Your task is to safely plan international flights, manage communication between stakeholders, and update essential aircraft documentation. As an ambassador for the owner-client, your mission is clear: meet all flight objectives while upholding regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely plan and manage all international flights
• Update aircraft manuals and checklists in collaboration with the team
• Ensure clear communication with Air Traffic Control globally
• Maintain full compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Act as the key liaison between clients and flight operations
Requirements:
• Canadian citizenship and ability to pass medical exams
• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
• Valid Canadian Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
• Minimum of 1500 flight hours with international experience
• Experience in business jets, preferably Learjet
