Our company is a New Zealand–born premium nutrition and food brand, and our U.S. operations hub for sales and finance is located in Irvine, California. Our business continues to grow, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of numbers and accounting who brings energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic to a fast-moving environment. TURNER New Zealand Inc. is looking for an unusually driven individual who genuinely considers themselves a workaholic and wants the opportunity to grow into a significant leadership position within the corporation. At TURNER, the word “workaholic” is intentional. We are looking for someone who is highly focused on the company, committed to its success, and willing to dedicate substantial time and energy to learning and growing the business. The right candidate will not approach this as a conventional 9-to-5 position. This opportunity is best suited for someone who willingly remains engaged with the business for approximately 12 to 16 hours per day, depending on current priorities, projects, customer needs, international communications, and operational demands. This is not intended for someone seeking predictable hours, limited responsibilities, or a strict separation between work and personal time. It is intended for an ambitious individual who wants work to be a major focus of life and who believes that taking care of the business allows the business to take care of its people.

Responsibilities

• Learn all major areas of TURNER New Zealand’s business.
• Strong understanding of operations and finances.
• Support ownership and executive leadership with daily priorities and long-term projects.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight providers, brokers, and other business partners.
• Monitor inventory, purchase orders, shipments, customer requests, and operational deadlines.
• Prepare professional emails, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents.
• Identify problems early and take ownership of coordinating solutions.
• Follow up consistently without repeated reminders.
• Support finance, operations, sales, supply chain, logistics, marketing, and administrative functions.
• Provide clear updates to ownership and management.
• Be available for urgent business needs when required.
• Accept increasing responsibility as knowledge and performance develop.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by leadership.
