Proficiency in ERP/logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS systems).
Strong knowledge of customs procedures, port operations, and international freight documentation.
Experience in handling over-dimensional cargo (ODC) and project logistics is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
