Key responsibilities:
In this role you will:
✅Manage bookings, including providing quotations on LCL import and export, handling entries, completing Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents
✅Ensure smooth execution of carrier booking transactions and billing
✅Cultivate relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors around the world
✅Offer assistance in resolving customers queries and issues, both in English and local language
✅Contribute to our success through insightful data processing and reporting
We are looking for:
✅Good knowledge of the shipping industry, LCL import and export
✅Strong communication skills in English and at the least one local language -Hungarian, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian, Slovakian
✅Financial understanding of costs and incomes
✅Detail orientated with a hands-on approach to finding operational solutions.
