- Oversee and manage the company's LCL business. Optimize processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, conduct research on suppliers, and develop business and procurement strategies. Develop independently operated LCL products.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and co-load partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and risk control.
- Monitor shipment consolidation, cargo routing, and documentation accuracy.
- Manage RFQ pipelines and co – loader usage., resolve issues, and provide sales support and enhance department profitability. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Shipping or the equivalent.
- Minimum 6 – year experience in LCL transportation, with 3 – year team – management experience. With experience in P&L management in LCL business is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Asian and global LCL markets, including players, pricing, and regulations. Strong market analysis, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder – management skills.
- Established networks of carriers, partners, and preferably, existing customer resources.
- Proficiency in LCL technicalities and supply – chain processes.
- Fluent English, strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and data – analysis ability.
