We are seeking a Kitroom Associate who has exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time, every time. In this role, precision is key – you’ll ensure that surgical kits are complete, correctly packaged, and ready for time-critical delivery to hospitals and clinics.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Order Processing: Accurately process incoming and outgoing customer orders, ensuring all documentation and system entries are completed in line with company standards.
  • Surgical Kit Management: Verify and confirm checklists for surgical kits, ensuring all items are present, complete, and in suitable condition for use.
  • Packaging: Prepare and pack kits and equipment using appropriate temperature-controlled packaging materials to comply with healthcare regulations and product integrity.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct routine and ad-hoc cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and audit requirements; report any discrepancies or issues to the Kitroom Supervisor.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all kitroom operations are carried out in a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, customer service, and clinical departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring To The Role

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or healthcare setting (preferably in a regulated environment).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Comfortable working with temperature-sensitive products and packaging requirements.
  • Ability to lift and move medical kits and equipment as required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
  • Competency in using IT systems, data entry, inventory management systems, and basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
