I. JOB PURPOSE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Job purpose
The Key Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the management and growth of strategic e-commerce platform partners (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, TikTok Shop, etc.), ensuring strong business relationships, operational excellence, and high service quality.
2. Key responsibilities
Account Management (40%)
● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce platform partners.
● Support partners by providing timely information and resolving operational issues related to GHN services.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
● Proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve service quality for partners.
Performance Monitoring & Business Analysis (30%)
● Monitor and track operational KPIs and service commitments with partners.
● Analyze operational performance, customer feedback, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities.
● Forecast shipment volumes and business demand on a monthly and quarterly basis to support internal operational planning.
● Develop recommendations and action plans to ensure service levels and performance targets are achieved.
● Drive initiatives to enhance partner experience and satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration (30%)
● Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations and other supporting functions, to ensure smooth service delivery.
● Prepare and consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports for partners and management.
● Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to stay updated on operational performance and provide timely updates to partners.
● Coordinate issue resolution and ensure alignment between partner expectations and internal execution.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Import-Export, or related fields.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account, Operation Excellence or equivalent roles.
● Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and understand customer needs.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor performance, analyze data, and recommend process improvements. Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and
reporting; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
● Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
● English reading and writing proficiency is an advantage.
