Requirements:
Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience working as an Account Executive (Ground Freight) or in positions with similar activities in the logistics field, specifically in the ground freight industry.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the freight forwarding industry, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and key players.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Main Activities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ground freight sector.
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that align with our ground freight services.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
Work closely with Account Executives and internal teams to align services with client needs and market trends.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our ground freight services.
