- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their unique shipping needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, operations, and other logistics service departments to ensure seamless service delivery for key accounts.
- Proactively communicate with clients about shipment status, potential issues, and solutions, providing regular updates.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for service improvement and implement relevant measures.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high – level customer satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics, international trade, or related majors.
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or related customer service roles, with experience in handling key accounts being a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem – solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast – paced environment. 岗位职责： 1.与关键客户建立并维护稳固的客群关系，了解客户方的需求并提供定制化解决方案。 2.与市场部、操作部及其他物流服务部门等协调合作，为关键客户提供无缝的服务交付。 3.主动就货物运输状态、潜在问题及解决方案与客户沟通，定期提供最新信息。 4.跟进分析客户反馈及相关业务数据，及时明确所需的优化改进并推动实施。 5.高效解决业务执行中客户遇到的各类问题，持续提高客户满意度。 任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历，物流、国际贸易或相关专业优先。 2. 5 年以上国际货运代理或相关客户服务工作经验，有KA客户服务经验者优先。 3.英语，听说读写熟练，可作为工作语言。 4.具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与客户建立并维持良好关系。 5.良好的韧性与出色的问题解决能力，适应快节奏的办公氛围。
