Kaspersky South East Asia continues to expand in the B2B and enterprise segment while supporting a fast-changing retail market (B2C), we are now looking for Junior Marketing Manager in Vietnam. This candidate isto manage in-country B2B demand generation activities, channel engagement and maintain marketing operations excellence to support pipeline growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Vietnam market, a strong understanding of B2B and B2C business with hands-on approach to marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing
Develop, execute and manage localized B2B field marketing strategies, industry events, trade shows to drive awareness and lead generation in Vietnam.
Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage high-value prospects.
Support and track channel and partner marketing efforts, including co-marketing programs (MDF) and joint events, ensuring utilization of fund is optimized and in compliance with business directions and guidelines.
Track and analyze campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and market trends to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Create, localize or proof-read marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital assets, tailored to the Vietnam market.
Work closely with local sales team and internal stakeholders to understand local market dynamic, identify opportunities and support lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
Collaborate closely with external stakeholders, vendors, partners, agencies and local industry associations to align marketing activities, product messaging and revenue goals.
Marketing Operations
Monitor and maintain lead flow, data integrity and campaign attribution in CRM, ensuring accurate lead routing, attribution and timely follow up.
Collaborate with regional team to setup and deploy campaigns via marketing automation tools, ensuring timely execution of email, landing pages, forms and nurture streams.
Track and reconcile in-country marketing expenses, process invoices and manage vendor relationships.
Manage other marketing operation basics, such as reporting, procurement, CRM to align with guidelines and compliance.
What You Should Have/Know:
5+ years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, demand generation or sales enablement. Experience working in technology company and Vietnam market are preferred.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
Ability to travel for work when necessary.
Strong project management and organization skills with exposure to working with multiple stakeholders across different teams. Able to multitask with ability to prioritise business needs.
Fast learner, problem solver, collaborative, responsive and meticulous with data.
Proficiency in MS Excel for marketing analytics.
Knowledge of CRM tools or content management systems is a plus.
