WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Audit information to ensure that the inbound data and paperwork matches with information in SAP
Verify and create SAP Inbound delivery data
Check invoice correctness against transportation documents
Coordinate shipments and documentation with carriers, suppliers, brokers and customers
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to address and resolve any operation issues
Prepare, analyze and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Spoken and Written English language is a must ( English/German speaking Team as well as supervisor )
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in commercial or freight forwarding company (FFWD preferred)
Proficient in Excel, Outlook and general Microsoft Office programmes
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
Higher education in Logistics/Transport
Teamplayer attitude – Open minded and happy to work with English speaking colleagues mainly in DE but also across entire EU
Knowledge of SAP
