Requirements:
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum [2 years] of solo OTR experience
Clean driving record (no major violations)
Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to be 4 weeks on the road – 1 week off
**Responsibilities:
Operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods over long distances safely and efficiently.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
Load and unload freight, securing cargo to prevent damage during transit.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while delivering products to various locations.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
**Compensation & Pay:
Earn $0.60 per mile – competitive and consistent
Average 3,000 miles per week
Weekly direct deposit – reliable, on-time pay
Cash advance available after your first week on the road
Initial $250 per week deduction (for the first 10 checks) for truck/trailer safety deposit
**Cargo Details:
Dry van freight – no-touch
Most common commodities include:
Auto parts
Empty racks
U.S. Mail and general dry goods
Reliable, steady loads with well-established shippers
**Area of Operation:**
– Covering the Midwest, South, and Eastside regions.
