Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries
- Handle booking processes, scheduling, and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and other channels
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations
- Stay informed on transportation policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively
- Proactively identify improvements to enhance customer experience and service efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within transportation or logistics sectors
