Tasks & Responsibilities
Process Accounts Receivable transactions and Collection Calls
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Prepare and process invoices
Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly
Conduct account research and analysis to support account approvals
Provide accounts and clerical support to the accounting team
Support with end of month closures
Prepare and provide reports to management
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in an invoicing or accounts position
Cargowise experience is required
Previous Experience in the Freight Industry is highly desired
The ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
Competency in MS Office and using various databases
High Attention to detail and well-organised
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
This is an in office role Monday – Friday
