Responsibilities:
Screen operational goods requests and create the Purchase Request (PR).
Monitor and ensure that every request results in goods arriving at the unit on time.
Review vendor quality, products, and pricing, and always propose the best options to the VM/Procurement team.
Responsible for inventory management related to onboarding new units and handling terminations from Rukita’s side.
Properly operate the inventory management system.
Conduct routine stock audits at the units.
Effectively implement the waste management system in operations.
Take initiatives to improve the quality of goods used in Rukita operations.
Take initiatives to improve the efficiency of the procurement process in Rukita operations.
Conduct monthly Vendor Scoring.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory/Asset Management.
Bacheelor Degree Industrial Engineering are preferred.
Willing to be mobile for conducting inventory audits at required units.
Detail-oriented and able to process and analyze data effectively.
Having a vendor bank database will be an added value.
