Inventory & Shipping Specialist
Imprimus Labels & Packaging is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Inventory & Shipping Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dublin, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production has the materials it needs and in accurately receiving, storing, staging, and shipping products to our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and supplies
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Maintain accurate inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pull materials for production according to the manufacturing schedule
- Stage materials for press operators
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Package, label, wrap, and palletize finished goods
- Create shipping documents and bills of lading
- Coordinate shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Perform cycle counts and monthly inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse using 5S principles
- Assist Flexographic Press Operators with material staging, ink preparation, and press changeovers when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the warehouse and production areas
Inventory & Shipping Specialist: What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping, or manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience with inventory or ERP software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
Inventory & Shipping Specialist Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
- Label printing or packaging manufacturing
- Inventory control
- Shipping and receiving
- UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager
- Label Traxx ERP or similar manufacturing software
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk throughout the workday
- Bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
- Work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
