Job Description
Processing of delivery arrangement upon receiving of delivery note/request from order management in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Logistic/3PL team on shipment receiving, deliveries and movement of goods.
Ensure complete and accurate billing submission to the finance department for payment purpose.
Ensure all inbound & outbound deliveries are updated in system.
Continuous monitoring and evaluating service provider’s performance.
Monitor warehouse overall performance & barcode scanning system.
Processing Sales Return Orders upon receiving the return cargo.
Act as System UAT processor.
Perform any other related duties as and when directed by your Superior.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
Preferably specializing in Purchasing / Procurement / Inventory or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
Software using: SAP SOFTWARE
