About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory & Buying Associate to support our growing e-commerce operations. This role sits at the intersection of inventory control, purchasing, and vendor coordination, ensuring we always have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting purchasing decisions, and building strong relationships with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across products and SKUs
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts at our facility to ensure system accuracy
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and inventory systems
- Assist in forecasting demand and placing purchase orders accordingly
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery schedules
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays or issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
- Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to optimize stock flow
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working both on-site (for inventory counts) and in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (experience with inventory management systems is a plus)
- Problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and prevent stock issues
