Overview
We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented “International Airfreight” staff.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the transportation of freight from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Utilize software systems for tracking shipments, managing documentation, and processing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing strategies for freight services.
Handle dispatching duties to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Monitor shipment progress and address any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, pricing agreements, and client communications.
Requirements
Good understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
Familiarity with transportation planning processes and dispatching functions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in using relevant software applications for logistics management.
Ability to analyze pricing structures and negotiate contracts effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
