SWOBITRUCK Ges.m.b.H. is an Austrian logistics company with more than 35 years of experience in international transport. We organize road, sea, air and rail freight solutions, as well as warehousing and customs services for customers across Europe, Asia and beyond.
We are continuously growing and are looking for people who do not simply process orders, but who take responsibility, think proactively and want to help build something together with us.
Your Responsabilities
- Planning and coordinating international LTL and FTL transports
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships
- Communication with customers, carriers and international partners
- Purchasing and selling transport capacities
- Monitoring ongoing transports and proactively solving operational issues
- Negotiating transport rates and preparing quotations
- Optimizing existing transport processes
- Working closely with our international network
Your Profile
- Completed education as a freight forwarding specialist / logistics professional or comparable experience in the transport and logistics industry
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Hands-on mentality, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoy taking responsibility and actively contributing to process improvements
- Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with transport management or forwarding software
- Very good German skills and good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
