Areas of responsibilities :

Develop and implement international logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of agrochemical products.
Manage the import and export of products across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and international trade laws.
Coordinate transportation modes (air, sea, land) to optimize shipping costs and delivery timelines.
Oversee the preparation of all logistics documentation, including shipping instructions, customs clearance, and import/export licenses.
Continuously assess and improve the global supply chain network to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, and production) to ensure alignment on supply chain goals, production schedules, and inventory management.
Forecast demand and manage inventory levels, working closely with suppliers and distributors to mitigate risks of stock-outs or excess inventory.
Analyze and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and implement corrective measures
Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and freight forwarders.
Negotiate contracts and manage performance of logistics service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers and logistics partners as necessary to meet company expansion and demand requirements
Ensure adherence to international regulations governing the transportation and storage of hazardous materials, including agrochemicals.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of international regulations (e.g., REACH, GHS) and ensure all shipments comply with industry standards.
Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with international export controls, sanctions, and environmental regulations
