Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded International Freight / Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role is responsible for supporting strategic accounts and President across marketing, market research, pricing, sales analysis, and inside sales functions.
The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of international logistics and trade, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive results through data-driven insights and proactive customer engagement.
Duties
Support strategic corporate clients with quotes, bookings, and inside sales functions
Develop pricing proposals and assist with global RFQs and tenders
Conduct market research and trade lane development in Asia, N.A., S.A. Market, carrier trends, and customer behavior
Create marketing materials and coordinate campaigns aligned with commercial goals
Analyze customer performance, market, pricing, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
Skills
3+ years in international freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain with strong analytical and communication skills,
Minimum Knowledge of operations, carrier pricing, international shipping processes, RFQ bid process
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred,
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
