We are looking for a customer-focused and commercially driven professional to support our growing transport and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer transportation needs and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, and support contract processes.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate international road freight shipments.
- Manage relationships with carriers and other transportation partners.
- Monitor transport operations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Record shipment information in the ERP/CRM system and maintain accurate documentation.
- Review transport documents and ensure operational compliance.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or a similar field.
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international road freight transportation is preferred.
- Good understanding of logistics operations and transportation processes.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Advanced level of English
